Bridgeport Benefits Inc., was established in 1987 by Wayne Blasman.
BRIDGEPORT BENEFITS was founded on the need for a high quality, service-driven organization dedicated to employee benefits programs. Bridgeport Benefits, Inc., specializes in clients that have multiple locations in multiple states with unique requirements. Our client sizes range from mid-market and large employer groups and we deal with more than 100 vendors and tailor fit their product to best fit our clients’ needs. We have experience with the full spectrum of funding arrangements including self-funded, minimum premium, retro-contracts and fully insured.
For over 20 years we have provided our clients with high quality, innovative advisory services in employee benefits, compensation, human resources and related administration and communication activities.
